Gong Young Foam cutting machine (GY-1500 and GY-1700) Manual type

 

Gong Young GY-1500 and GY-1700 foam cutting machine can be used to cut all kinds of expanded rubber foams that include Neoprene, PE, EVA, EPE, PVC flexible foam, Cork, and synthetic rubber with a guarantee of thickness tolerance of 0.1mm. And the hardness will be acceptable by 90 Shore and thickness will be available by 1mm.

The touch screen type automatic thickness control system provides very accurate and simple operation.

The machine can be also incorporated into a continuous production line.
